May bugs (Cockchafers) arrive in Thanet but not self isolating

In 2015 a swarm of Maybugs hit Thanet beaches. Is 2020 another such year as several have been seen in Sunny Broadstairs? These cockchafers are over an inch long and these heavilly armoured beetles fly around looking for flowers to chew.
